Orders typically ship within 2-5 business days. We ship daily UPS rates.

Express Shipments:
UPS Next Day Air, UPS 2nd Day Air are available upon request. Orders must be received by 12:00 EST to ship the same day. Actual freight costs will be applied.

Payments

We accept Paypal and Google checkout. Credit cards coming soon.

Returns:
Only products in new condition and in original decorative packaging will be accepted for credit or exchange. All returns must be pre-authorized some returns may require an RMA#. Customer pays 2-way freight (out and back) and up to a 15% restocking fee. Returns are done on a case by case basis. Please contact support@bestofcookware.com for assistance.

Multiple-Item Shipments:
Multi-item orders shipping to the same location are overpacked for security and freight savings.

Defective Product:
Will be replaced within 15 days of sale. Contact customer service at support@bestofcookware.com to arrange shipment. Bestofcookware will issue a call-tag for return of defective merchandise or customer may return another method at their expense. Replacements will not be issued until defective unit is returned. Bestofcookware will ship replacement at no additional cost.

Damaged Product:
Will be replaced as soon as shipping claim is resolved. Contact customer service at support@bestofcookware.com to initiate damage claim. Bestofcookware will ship replacement at no additional cost.

Warranty:
Manufacturer’s warranties apply on all products.
